...and I feel fine.
I personally don't buy into this whole Mayan calendar, December 21 apocalypse nonsense but consider for a moment what if it all were to end, what if a massive solar flare where to wipe out all life on planet earth in an instant, would you satisfied with the life you have lived? If you knew it would all end very soon what would you do?
Besides the all the partying, my apocalyptic party would be Legen...wait for it...dary by the way, what else would you do? What would you say to your friends, your family, complete strangers? Even I, myself, a believer of living in the moment have things that I've left unsaid, undone. Before the mindless hordes of the undead walk the earth (Save us Daryl Dixon!) I will hear your doomsday confessions if you so feel obligated, including but not limited to the professing of love to me, I'm talking to you Emma Stone!
Daryl Dixon from AMC's The Walking Dead played by Norman Reedus |
I'm not trying to spread fear with these ideas, please don't go out and become one of those nutty Doomsday preppers or be reckless with your life, I am merely suggesting that you enjoy the little things in life because tomorrow is not a given. Everyday is in fact the end of the world... as we know it today at least, each day we live will never happen again for the rest of time and every single one of those days irreversibly changes this world, hundreds of thousands of people die and are born daily.
P.S. The lovely and bad-ass Milla Jovovich!
I'm not too worried about post apocalypse or the apocalypse itself. i am well trained in destroying baddies!
